Problem of Practice Summit 2027-2028

Resource Training & Solutions
137 23rd Street S
Sartell, MN 56377

Join us for a two-day collaborative event designed for district leaders to identify, analyze, and develop actionable solutions to a key problem of practice in their schools or districts. Through guided discussions, expert insights, and peer collaboration, participants will leave with a clear action plan and the tools needed for meaningful change. Teams will also convene mid-year (late January) and end-of-year to evaluate progress and outline future plans.

Who Should Attend:

To maximize impact, teams are encouraged to bring a diverse mix of district leadership (Superintendents, Principals, Special Education Directors, Curriculum Leaders, Assessment Leaders) alongside other key teacher leaders (teaching staff, instructional coaches, counselors).
